Breast Cancer and Sims!

The two things that made my day:

1) The coolest shirt yet! :D

Photobucket

I encourage you guys to buy one because its for a good cause. Since it is breast cancer awareness month, $5 from each shirt that is bought will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. So go to thelightupshirt.com and buy a shirt (there are two other versions of the shirt, all equally cool, hehe) to help a good cause! Also, check out their videos demonstrating the effects of the shirt as it responds to the beat of music :D

2) New Moon trailer -- Sims style!

Soo coool. Hehehe. I am so easily entertained. Sighh.

DELETED SCENE FROM TWILIGHT.

MUST WATCH!!!

Ahahahaha. Fooled ya.
LoL.

TOK Time (plus, New Moon update, of course, heheheheheheh :P)

I never really watched the VlogBrothers, although I've been subscribed to their videos for a quite a while now. But I saw this today and immediately though, "TOK MOMENT!"

First of all, what is TOK, you might ask. TOK = Theory of Knowledge. This is a mandatory class for all IB Diploma candidates, which usually starts in the second semester of Junior year and ends after the first semester of Senior year. Students explore different areas of knowledge and the ways of knowing, which almost always involves a knowledge issue.

After this video, I decided to browse through National Geographic videos since it reminded me of a program I watched last night called "Is It Real?" on the channel. I watched it on TV, of course. Irrelevant as it is, I just wanted to make sure people didn't think I am a sad, lonely child who spends her whole day in front of a computer screen browsing through YouTube. Because I'm not. -_-

Anyway, on that program, they talked about this "terrifying creature" called El Chupacabra. Apparently, this "goat sucker", as translated from its name, goes around and sucks the blood - and life - out of farm animals at night. Hence the name, "goat sucker". I was just laughing watching it yesterday with my sisters because those village people make the funniest conclusions of what they see.

Clearly, this is a TOK moment because of the obvious issue in the interpretation of what we experience through our senses. We are also greatly influenced by our cultures since we have been brought up and have been practicing a certain tradition or belief that our minds have been trained to recognize them and unknowingly interpret - or misinterpret - all our experiences.

Oh, how I love the National Geographic Channel.

Here's one on ghosts...

Here's what I really wanted to point out to everyone: notice that only after you were told what to hear that you actually heard it the second time around?

That, my friends, is called the "power of suggestion". You would be surprised how fast our minds make conclusions of everything we see - or don't see - or hear. However, I don't blame ourselves for believing in things without trying to prove they don't exist. It is in our nature and instincts, plus, without it, I am pretty sure our lives would be evolving quite slowly. In addition to that, I think even after proving the statements/claims wrong, people still stick to their stories and continue believing anyway is because they like believing in them. Not because of the evidence they have, or lack of evidence, but simply because they are interested.

----------------------------------

Okay, now time for New Moon update!

Jeez, I'm getting obsessed. Oh well, what to do... Sighh...

This clip was taken in Rome, where they showed a sneak peek of behind the scenes of New Moon, which is really awesome by the way. Anyway, I found this clip this morning and I'm just hoping you guys will get to watch it before the peeps from YouTube remove it due to violations of some sort. So take a look!

Grr. Its almost 11p.m (it might say I posted this at 9 something p.m. today, but thats because I did and then I had to add stuff in and reposted this at 11 something) and I realized I should have posted a little sooner. Obviously because the video DID get removed. Pshh. Law. -_-

Ahahaha *crack*

College Humor never fails to crack my jaw from laughing. Check this out:

Oh! And here's New Moon's TV Spot. Gotta love it! :D

Dentists.

Okay, now I REALLY hate dentists.
Just now, I was carefully brushing my teeth when I realized that I could open my mouth slightly wider than yesterday. This enabled me to see the strings/thread used to stitch up my gums. So I decided to check them out and pulled my cheeks out a bit. I was able to see the thread/string/whatever you call them, but then I noticed a piece of string next to my teeth. Hmmm, I wondered, Maybe the string got cut off or something. Since I didn't need pieces of string hanging around inside my mouth, I tried to pull it out. But it wouldn't budge. That's when I realized that those evil dentists (its plural because there were at least 4 that were there to pull my teeth out) had threaded the string/thread INTO MY GUM/CHEEK.
No wonder my cheeks are so swollen.
Gahh.
What's worse is that immediately after that, I realized that my left cheek is puffier than my right.
Just great. Now, not only do I look like a squirrel with nuts in my mouth, but I look like a squirrel who got punched on one side of the face with nuts in my mouth.

-_-

ouch.

Oct 19, 2009

PAINN.

omg.
people, let me just tell you this:
keep your teeth straight from childhood.
or else, you'll need braces.
that means, getting your molars/wisdom teeth removed.
which SUCKS.
believe me.
ughh.
i can barely open my mouth.
i have to eat only "soft" food.
blehh.
i have to swallow blood every minute.
i look like a squirrel with nuts in my mouth.
sigh...

thank goodness for pain killers, though.
hahaha.

this cheered me up at least:

Eww.

Ugh.
I have to get FOUR teeth pulled out this afternoon.
That means I'm going to be knocked out for three hours while 3 grown men wrench out my teeth.
This means I can't eat until then.
Or else, baaaad things will happen...

a.k.a: I will through up.

*shudder*

I hate dentists.

-_-

Awesomeness all the way!

Heyhey,

Today, I just feel like putting up really, well, awesome stuff that keep me entertained and sane because, as you know, I have had sooo much work in the past couple of weeks and my pile of things-to-do is still building up. Just so you know, the things I'm going to post up right now are mostly related to the Twilight Saga (yeah, I know, total FAIL right? Hahaha.), but I'm also posting them up here because they are just plain cool and I thought that I should share it with people :)

Enjoy!

To start off, this one is a fan made video of the movie New Moon (coming out in November, yeyyy! :D) and the song, which I absolutely loveee, is called "All the World" by Fauxliage. Credits for the video go to tiffanyd666 (you should head over to her youtube page and check out more of her vids PLUS awesome fanmade vids for New Moon!).

Oh! And also check out the vids in her favorites because they're all pretty good too, such as this one by Vera241241 and the soundtrack is called "Breathe Me" by Sia (in case you want to download it):

Here's a music video by the band Axiz for the Twilight: New Moon! They're pretty good, I think :)

Here is Antonio Vivaldi and one of his violins (maybe the one I saw last night!) :O

This dude is in my awesome list for the week because he has composed many many pieces which I love listening to. Yes, I listen to classical music. They're really relaxing and, if you listen to them enough, inspiring. Try and have a listen to one of his pieces :)

The next one is a comic that seems to always make my day no matter what mood I'm in. I haven't been able to read all their comics lately, since I have mountain of things on my To-do list, but since break started, I can finally read them and laugh to myself in front of the computer screen. Here's one of their brilliant comics:

(click it to enlarge because it doesn't fit here. Trust me, its worth it, huhu.)
Cyanide and Happiness, a daily webcomic
Cyanide & Happiness @ Explosm.net

Hehehehe. I'll never get bored of them. Moving on...

This breed of cat called the Egyptian Mau. Apparently, its the only naturally spotted breed of domestic cats. Unlike other cats, if an Egyptian Mau cat is shaved, you will see spots on their skin. So not only do their spots appear on their fur, their skin is naturally spotted as well. That's why they're cool :D

I, actually, did not randomly decide to talk about this type of cats. My mama and I were at the clinic the other day, as I had to get a blood test and examination (which I'll explain in the next blog), on the bulletin board, there was a piece of paper about a breeding station for Egyptian Mau cats. Since there were little pieces of paper with the contact information on them, I'm guessing - and hoping - that they are giving away or selling these cats. So I am going to email them and ask them about these cats because I really want one! Plus, I think that my cat Lucky is quite lonely now that her adopted sister passed away last year and this year her adopted brother went missing earlier this year :(.

Well, that's pretty much what I wanted to highlight about this week. Oh! And one last thing, its October break! Although its only a week long, I'm glad I'll be able to catch up on sleep :D

Concerto!

Haluu! I just got back from a concert by an Italian orchestra who came all the way from Italy to perform for the Czech Prime Minister and all the Ambassadors in Czech Republic. My sisters and I got to go as well but we sat separately from our parents. Ironically, we got the better seats! Hahaha. But seriously though, we sat in one of the boxes in the balcony, only FOUR boxes away from the Czech Prime Minister and his wife! Not only that, but the performance was AMAZING. And I am not being sarcastic like I usually am. I've only been to maybe 3 or 4 classical concerts and it has been a really long time since I last went to one. Actually, that's not true. I'm lieing, haha. I just remembered that I went to a concert several months ago! >.<

Anyway, they played 10 pieces altogether and then played 2 short ones as an encore before getting a standing ovation beginning from the Prime Minister himself! THAT's how awesome they were :)

My favorite pieces were from Vivaldi because he's awesomeee. Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that the lead violinist was playing Vivaldi's ACTUAL VIOLIN. Can you believe that?! I think it's like one of the few remaining in this world. The one from the concert was taken out of the museum just for tonight! I know some people might not appreciate this and think, "Uhh, so what? Its just a piece of wood with strings on it." Well, its not JUST a piece of wood, its VIVALDI's piece of wood! It makes me feel special, so SHATTAP!

LoL.

I have a video/vlog from the before the concert that I'll try to edit and post up as soon as possible.

Well, that's pretty much it. I'll try to blog as much as possible during the break because you probably won't hear from me much after that (IB of course -_-).

Tataaa :D

Oct 17, 2009

How lovely.

I was looking at Taylor Lautner fan sites and came across one called TaylorLautnerDaily.com and they had a section for fan mail. I was curious (curious, not that I was planning on posting my own fan mail. Pshh.) and I took a look at some of the posts. It made me feel soo much better knowing that I am not as obsessed as these people are:

And here's the ULTIMATE fan:
Desperate much? Haha.

Finally, I never thought there were GUYS that love Taylor Lautner.
TAYLOR LAUTNER.
A GUY fan?!
And he's barely out of his teens too!
Huhu.
Well... Whatever makes you happy, I guess.
:P

Wow. Now I can ask, "Obsessed much?"

Oct 10, 2009

OBSESSED MUCH?!

ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod.

ohmygod.

I think I'm becoming obsessed with - *gulp* - TWILIGHT.
Well, not Twilight the movie. I mean, the Twilight Saga! I never ever NEVER thought I would become one of those crazed fangirls that collect every single little picture of Edward Cu--, I mean, Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner.

Fortunately, I'm not one of those people.

Yet.

However, I am beginning to think I am becoming one because...

1) I have read both New Moon and Eclipse in less than a week (which is considered pretty fast for me, considering the mountain of work I have to do for school this month).

2) I've been stealing moments whenever I can to read them. For example, I sneak them into the bathroom and read while I undress to shower, I read while I dress after I shower.

3) I bring the book to school in my backpack regardless of the extra weight it puts on my back.

4) I have dreamt about the books.

5) My desktop wallpaper is of Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.

6) I ask all my friends whether they have read the book(s) or not. If they answer yes, I go on to praise the book and talk about what I have read so far. If not, I insist they read them.

7) I bookmarked fan sites or any links related to the Twilight saga.

8) I watch and re-watch the trailers, fan made videos, and anything else related to the books, the movies and the actors involved.

Aaand, I can go on. You get my point right? You're probably thinking about how sad I am. Well, I am.

Hahaha.

FAIL.

Here's a Shane Dawson video demonstrating how sad people are when they become obsessed with something... or someONE...

FLASH MOB IN MALAYSIA

Wow, I only found out yesterday about Malaysia's first flash mob (I think its the first, anyway) and it took place at KLCC on August 14th! Bahhh, too bad I missed it :( It woulda been awesome to see it!

What is a flash mob, you say? Well, Wikipedia says,

"A flash mob is a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual action for a brief time, then quickly disperse. The term flash mob is generally applied only to gatherings organized via telecommunications, social media, or viral emails. The term is generally not applied to events organized by public relations firms or as publicity stunts."

And I just realized that I depend on Wikipedia too much. But its human nature! So it really isn't my fault since humans, by nature, have habits. And, I guess, that's one of my habits that I need to outgrow. Along with procrastination, since I should be doing work instead of blogging. So, enjoy the video! Its a flash mob for Maxis, its pretty cool :)

If you were there for this event, please tell me in a comment or email me! :D

Nature at its best.

Hey guys....
So, I dunno if I ever mentioned in my previous blog that I was planning on going to the zoo this weekend, but I went yesterday with a big group of Malaysian students who are studying here in Prague and it was pretty fun! The zoo here is quite big with an variety of animals ranging in all different sizes, continent, habitat, etc. I haven't visited a zoo since...since I don't remember! That's how long I haven't been to a zoo. And that is because I don't quite like zoos much since most of the zoos that I have been to are practically prisons for animals. Well, in my opinion anyway. I don't know what you would call a zoo with bare cement floors, one-animal-per-cage cages and moldy water bowls.

Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, but only a tiny bit. Seriously, they are more or less what I just described. Which is the reason why I decided to go to Prague Zoo because it is actually quite a nice zoo, despite the fact that I did not get to see some must-see animals, such as the gorily (= gorilla, in Czech)! And giraffe. And hippo. And I only got a glimpse of one polar bear. I really wanted to see more of my family members though but only got to see one called Slone or something. You know, the elephant? Hehehe.

Anyways, here is the map with some of my awesome annotations of the animals I saw - or didn't see - as well as some pictures from my visit at the zoo! Enjoyy :D

Hehe. I joke. :P

The absolutely amazing bird below is called the cassowary. They are found in New Guinea and Australia and is the third tallest bird and second heaviest living bird in the world. According to Wikipedia,

"Cassowaries feed on mainly fruits, though all species are truly omnivorous and will take a range of other plant food including shoots, grass seeds, and fungi in addition to invertebrates and small vertebrates.

Cassowaries are very shy, but when disturbed, they are capable of inflicting serious injuries to dogs and children."

Wow. That's nice to know. Hahaha.

Okay, well, that's all for now. :D I took some videos when I was ther as well, so I'll try to post them up soon. They're very....hmm, how do I say this...SEXY! hahaha. So watch out for that :D

Pictures from Raya :)

Hey guys,
For some reason, I can only upload these three pictures below because all the other pics from Raya the other day are unable to show up. So, I give up. Here are the pictures, enjoy! Hahaha.
Oh, and if anyone can suggest a reason why the uploads are not working, please email me! :D

Insex!

SH*****************T! (Don't worry, I didn't swear. I said Shlsdkfahfadshfkdsjdht. Ngee.)

I have French class next and I forgot my homework! Well, I usually don't do my homework on time anyways but this time, when I actually do it, I FORGOT IT AT HOMEE. Bahh. There's just too many things on my mind.

So I'll do it now.

After I make this blog.
Hee :-3

So in Bio right now, we are supposed to graph our data but because we keep failing and our teacher is not in the room at the moment, my friend, Daniela, and I decided to mess around with these freaky-looking insects that can apparently only be found in Peru. There are four of these bugs (two female and two male) are in a small tank in the corner of the room, and I think I know why. Take a look at these pics:

Huhu. Well... That's life! :D

Sep 18, 2009

Jom2, balik kampung!

Oh, wow, its already the end of Ramadhan! That means.......
MONEY TIMEE. No lah, just kidding. The end of Ramadhan = Eid-ul-Fitr (or Aidil Fitri) = Raya!
Weeeeeee...

I always get excited during this time of the year because it means I get to see my cousins, my aunties, my uncles, my everyone! For me, this time of year is the best, since there will be food (Malaysian food is da bestt!), family reunions, national costumes and colors :D
That is one of the reasons why I love Malaysia so much. There are colors everywhere I go. The colors, each one representing an emotion, are all the parts of me and who I am; my identity.

It is usually quite difficult for a person, especially in their teen years, to arrive at the epiphany about their life and who they are. Honestly, I did not really feel proud to be a Malaysian. It was only until I moved back to Malaysia after living in Brussels for two years that I really understood what home meant for me. I, now, finally understand what "Home is where the heart is" means. And now that I am not in Malaysia anymore, I feel even more attached to it than ever.

I will always try to keep close to my friends and family in Malaysia whenever I have the time. I still can't let go of it because, well, its my home. I know I should be used to it by now considering I have been moving around since I was 1 year old. From Tokyo to Vietnam, Vietnam to Malaysia, from Malaysia to Brussels, Brussels to Malaysia, and finally, Malaysia to Prague. That is quite alot of moving and packing and unpacking (its sooo annoying) so I suppose I have gotten sick and tired of it, but I know it is much more than that. I just miss home. :(

One of the worst things about missing home is that I literally miss everything that goes on in the lives of all my relatives and friends who mean a lot to me. I will not be there for my cousin's baby's 1st birthday, his first word, his first step. My grandparents are quite elderly, and I only have three left in my life. What if (God forbid) something happens, and my family isn't there? What's more is that I can't even communicate properly with all my relatives since, after moving around so much, I was not taught the proper Bahasa Malay enough so that I am fluent in it.

Sighh... I have to stop there because I tend to get a bit emotional when I reflect upon these things that are attached to my very soul. Hah! See? I'm being so deep now, I have to stop. Hehe. Anyway, I hope you, who ever you are whether it is my friend, foe, family, acquaintance, etc; have a sense of understanding of what I am truly feeling inside and that you make the best out of your life and not to take things for granted. No matter where you are, who you are, how old you are, everything in life will eventually become a part of you; you're identity. And no matter how big or small it is to you, trust me, you will regret letting it go.

Selamat Hari Raya, Happy Eid Mubarak and Maaf Zahir dan Batin to all!

Assalamualaikum...

VMA's! (although its a bit late to blog abt it now :P)

Since I'm a little late to talk about the VMA's, if you watched it already you probably know what happened when they were giving the Moonman for Female Video of the Year. Taylor Swift's 'You Belong With Me' music video won and as she was giving her thank you speech, Kanye West appears out of no where, takes the mic from her and says that he's happy for her and all that but BEYONCÉ should have won instead!

When I watched this, I was like, "Wtf?! Is he drunk or something??" because everyone, especially Beyoncé, was really surprised about what had just happened (notice her face right when Kanye disses Taylor). Then I saw Taylor's face and it looked like she was about to cry or something because she didn't continue her speech and then the commercials came up.

If you didn't see it yet, watch it here...

And here is Kanye apologizing. It looks as if he's about to cry but I don't know if it is genuine or not. What do you think? Tell me in a comment :) But I think he really shouldn't have done what he did in the first place!

Pink disses Kanye! Hahaha. I really hate that interviewer though. He's so annoying!

Wow, can you believe even PRESIDENT OBAMA disses him?! When the president calls you a jackass, it really means something. LoL.

Here's Traphik's reaction towards what happened with Taylor Swift (I LOVE this one >.<):

Now take a look at this... Hehehe....

I can't go to Tiesto AND swear because its Ramadhan.

C*CKSUCKER!! (its from a video, dont worry i dont use that word in real life >.<)
i cant go.
yep, even if i'm not fasting (cuz i cant) i'm still not allowed to go the tiesto concert tonight.
sighh.
btw, i'm not calling anyone a word that means a person a who sucks the male sex organ. lol.
i'm being really lame today.
and am only writing this blog because i'm trying to keep awake in class.
at least its last block. yeyy. -_-
i'm so tired that i cant even be bothered to write proper grammer.
lol.
okay, i'm out.

Sep 17, 2009

TIESTOO.

Oh.My.God.
I almost forgot that Tiesto will be in Prague...TOMORROWW!!! Bahhhh! And I can't believe I don't have tickets! Tonight, I'm going to ask my parents (I'll beg if I have to) if I can go to the concert. Why didn't I ask them earlier?!?! Gahh. I really, really, REALLY hope they will let me go... When Tiesto came to KL at the same time I was there, I DIDN'T GO! But that's excusable because I was younger then. Now, I'm almost 18 (six more months to go! Yes, I consider that 'almost', hehe.) so I should be able to go! And its not like my friends who are going are drug addicts, ya know? I'm telling you this because my parents don't quite like Techno music (Daniela, you're not the only one!) and for some reason they always relate Techno with drugs. LoL. I really really wanna go though and the tickets are not that expense either; they're between CZK 1000 - 2000 and it starts at 8pm, btw.

Photobucket

Anyway, I'm writing this in math class now because I just had to say tell you guys and this will help me remember to ask them tonight :D

Wish me luck!
>.<

Oh! Anyone else wanna join or are going? Tell me in a comment! :D or email me subrinuh_elefante@hotmail.com
Or if you have any questions (about the concert or anything else), please feel free to ask me :)

I B EVIL

Ellow, elloww, people-who-I-think-read-my-blog-but-who-really-just-reads-one-then-closes-it.
Hehe.

Aaaanyway, just wanted to update you guys about whats going on and why my blog has gone from "Boring" to "Really Boring". Its really because I haven't had the time to procrastinate and I've actually been doing...*DUN DUN DUNNNN* HOMEWORK. LoL. So yeah, I've been working somewhat hard to get my shit in on time. Except for some French homework that I keep forgetting to do. Bahh, I hate being forgetful. (Is there like food or medicine that can improve the memory and such? If anyone has any ideas, PLEASE TELL ME!!! I am in desperate need of a drug or something to keep me alert and remember important things!!)

Okay, I'm getting off track as usual; I didn't intend for this blog to be this long. So I'll just be quick now. The reason why I haven't been blogging much lately is because of homework, but also because I want to get more sleep. Oh, and then there's this evil concept of something called the IB. The International Baccalaureate. To my peeps who know that this is, well then, you understand what I'm going through right now. And to those who don't really know what the IB is, well, you'll have to wait for my next blog which will be in a video instead. So I'll be blabbing and doing weird shit about the IB and what it really does to students.

"Who the Fu*k Made This?!"

Wowww, this video definitely made my day. Just got home from school about an hour or so and since its Friday (YEYY!), I decided to chill for a bit after a hard day's work (NOT, haha.). I payed a visit to one of my favorite websites, College Humor, and found this video commentary of a sad, lonely guy playing Mario. I'm assuming he's a sad, lonely person because, well... Just watch the vid to find out! I never knew Mario could get this hard. Seriously, who made it?? Anyway, I would LOVE to play -- No, no. I would love just to WATCH him play Mario. It would be enough to make me go rofl. Literally.

Oh, I just realized that this is only the first part of the game. Now I'm going to hunt down for the second part and hopefully it is as good - or better! - than the first one! :D

Aug 20, 2009

Stupid = Funny.

This just made my day. I was bored, had work to do, but as you probably know by now I am a procrastinator. Soooo, I visited a very old website that hosts vids that people would normally consider stupid but what I see as funny. Hehe. Really random shiyitz on there. Aaaaand, I came across the video posted below. I have no idea why, but it totally made my day :D
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Oh! And don't forget to comment or whatevs yeah! :)

Aug 18, 2009

Sisterly Love.

Okay, this is the first time I ever made a vlog (video blog, just in case you sad people don't know. Hehe, just kidding lah, I love you guys!) so I apologize for the bad intro and quality of the vid as I only had iMovie '08 to edit (and you know it sucks!). I'm trying to get iLife '09 so hopefully the more updated version of iMovie is better =).

Oh, and please excuse me yelling at Hana (the youngest sis). I was not in a very good mood that time. PLUS, I was planning on making a video with my other sis, Sorfina, for Hana's birthday the next day but because of the argument, it really did not put me in a mood in making something for her. But, of course, I made one anyway since I'm such a nice sister and all. Not really.

Aaaanyway, hope you guys enjoy this little sister argument that I have with my sister every once in a while (actually, its more like DAILY). Don't worry, though, because - as most sisterly arguments end - we made up the next day. Well, I pretended not to be annoyed by her and made the video for her because it was her birthday (18th Aug.). I might upload the video Sorfina and I made later. It's reaaaallyy stupid and embarrassing, though, so I'm still unsure =P.
Happy birthday Hana! :) I hope this entertains you! :D

Oh! Don't forget to leave a comment or any thoughts and questions that are floating around in your little brains orait? Comments turn me on. ;)

Most Random Random Quiz.

Hellew.
Today, out of boredom of course, I came across some quizzes while searching for a new layout for my blog. I took a simple quiz or two (okay fine, maybe it was 7 or 8 quizzes), as I am such a good procrastinator, and eventually found one called:

"Which keyboard key are you?".

..........

I just sort of sat there thinking, Wow, your personality can determine which key you are by simply answering 5 questions. Pshhh. Right.

But, being the curious procrastinator that I am, I took the quiz anyway:

Aaaaaaand, here were the results:

Hahaha. Who would've thought that if I were a key, I would be "alt"? The personality description is mostly true though, surprisingly. Especially the part about me being intelligent. Even though "most of it is useless knowledge," huhu. If you want to take the quiz and find out which keyboard key you are, click here. Or you can take many other interesting quizzes at Blogthings.

Boredom can make you do boring things. Sighh...

Featured Website: College Humor!

Heyhey,
I've been meaning to blog about this almost a week ago but I've been really busy procrastinating. I hope you understand. >.<

Aaaanywayy. I just wanted to let the world (or, I guess, the very little number of people who read my blog) know about this website: CollegeHumor. But the three things that I really want people to check out from that site are:

2. Girlfriend Doesn't Realize Boyfriend is on Vacation. (You should really watch this. One can learn some very useful life lessons from this experience!)

Finally,
3. A very nice tribute to Nickelback. Btw, turn up the volume a bit because its kinda hard to hear his lovely singing.

Enjoyy. I know you will. ;)
Don't forget to leave any comments!

The truth about Chris Brown and Rihanna.

Hey, wanna know the truth about what actually happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna? Well, today, out of boredom, I decided to visit Ryan Higa's YouTube page to see if he had any new vids and, of course, he did. But I missed watching his old videos and one of my favorite ones by Ryan is his very accurate reenactment of when, why and how Chris Brown beat Rihanna. Enjoy:

And that's exactly how it happened.

For more vids from Ryan Higa, click here.
Other must-watch vids by Ryan: "Word of the Day - Pwned" - You can learn a thing or two from Dr. Hanatewakusoshiseotadashiteteriyakisuzukihondacivic.

Btw, when I say 'must watch', it really means you can't miss it! Have fun ;)

To poll, or not to poll?

Okay, I know the poll I had for like, over a month has ended. But I only JUST remembered that I had a poll up and that I have to take it down. The options were:

Photobucket

(The second one is 'Yes, because I get bored and have nothing to do.' And sorry its kinda blurry, I didn't know how to make it any clearer because I'm quite a nOOb at this, hehe.)
Anyway, I guess having a poll up is pointless, as you can see here:

Photobucket

Yep, that's right, there were only three people who actually voted. THREE. Yeah, what a success, huh? So let's look at the statistics instead...

Photobucket

As you can see, 66% voted that they like polls but only because they get bored and have nothing better to do with their lives, while 33% voted 'Yes, because they're cool' (they = polls, not the person voting). After a thorough analysis of the results, I can conclude that:

1) Polls are generally useless.
2) People who take polls having else better to do so they might as well just click something.
3) I have nothing else better to do.

:D

Oh, and this post is most probably pointless as well.

Yoooogah

Oh, wow. Its been ages since my last blog. So I'm going to try to make it up in this one. Super-long essay time! (Just bear with me).

A couple of days ago, I realized I had Jason Mraz added as a friend or whatever on Facebook because he had a new post. The post was a link to a video of him practicing Yoga so I, being the curios cat, decided to check it out. And, wow, after while watching the video, I never realized how funny Jason Mraz was. Well, I thought it was funny at least because I read some comments below the video and some people disagreed. Whatever, hate the haters and watch the vid here! Enjoy and remember to leave any thoughts or comments! :)

Oh, and notice how he says "Yoooogah". >.<

To view this on YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjZCMNFxCkw
Or, if you can subscribe to Jason Mraz or view his other videos on: www.youtube.com/user/TheOfficialJasonMraz and watch his other vids, which include one of him giving a tour of his studio and one talking about his album 'We Sing, We Dance, We Steal'. Lastly, if you want to add him on Facebook, click here.

Thanks for reading!

Thanks, Kev.

Finally, I've found someone else in the world who agrees that Michael Jackson was a good man. I've been subscribed to Kev Jumba's videos for quite a long time now, and I have been entertained watching each one of them. This video now, is about/dedicated to the late King of Pop and Kev is basically giving his opinion on him - opinions, which I also agree with. So thanks, Kev Jumba for your thoughts and for collecting charity for a good cause! Enjoy, and remember: Every view counts towards charity...

To be entertained by more of Kev Jumba, watch his videos on www.youtube.com/user/jumbafund   OR   on his personal account: www.youtube.com/user/kevjumba.

"HIStory" has ended.

Michael Jackson. When some people hear this name, they immediately think: 'Creep'. He was the King of Pop, can't we all just remember him that way? Sure, his personality is a bit...strange, I guess. But it doesn't mean we need to remember him as a child molester or whatever names people have been calling him for the past few years. Michael has died and I don't think its nice to say mean things about someone who's dead. I know people have their own opinions but, as the little rabbit from Disney's Bambi taught me: If you can't say somethin' nice, don't say nothin' at all.

Anyway, all I wanted to say is, Thanks for the music, Michael. Without it, the world and its Pop culture would never be as it is today; there would be no such thing as the moonwalk; and Chris Brown wouldn't have awesome dance moves. The world would be full of disappointed teenage girls. We wouldn't want that, do we?

For those of you who have facebook, please take a moment to sign (if you haven't already) the Memorial for Michael Jackson here:

Thanks for everything, Michael.

Dark humor anyone?

As I am an IB student, it is obligatory that I write an essay of 4,000 words (max) called the Extended Essay which can be about a topic of my own choice. Since I chose to do Kurt Vonnegut, I thought that I have to at least mention his talent of using dark humor in his works. So I searched about "dark humor" and randomly (of course) came across this quote:

"The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A death. What's that, a bonus? I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work. You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, and you get ready for high school. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating... you finish off as an orgasm."

--George Carlin

I totally agree. This quote will change my life forever.

-End.-

P/S: I found out 10 minutes ago that Christian Bale is Welsh/English. Thank goodness for Wikipedia.

Interesting enough?

Okay, so. A couple days ago, a friend of mine gave me some feedback about my blog. Well, what he read off my blog anyway, which was like ONE sentence, "The point of me making this blog is not to talk about my life." That was all he read and then asked me, "Then why are you making a blog?". And here's how the rest of the conversation went:

S
o now, I am going to try to prove to him that this blog IS about my life even though I am not talking about it directly AND that it is entertaining. If it is at least interesting for him, then I will be very satisfied because I at least made ONE person entertained/happy.

Oh, wait! Well, looky here, I guess this blog IS about my life. HAH! (Now is the part where he takes back what he said). As the respectable, well-known, journalist on Kazakh television would say:

"GREAT SUCCESS!"

First!

Heyy Everyone and Anyone who's reading this...

The point of me making this blog is not to talk about my life. Well, maybe just a bit. But its also to blog about random things that I randomly find on the internet that amuse/entertain me and to share it with the world/you guys. You might enjoy the things that I will be blogging about possibly because:
a) you are bored and have not been doing anything interesting, thus, you read my blog;
b) you are easily amused/entertained just like me (yeyy!) or;
c) the whatever I am sharing with you is actually entertaining you and enjoyable.

So if you DO get any positive effects (whatever that may be that makes you have a happy feeling inside), congratulations to me for making at least one person in this world happy and congratulations to YOU for...uhm, having a happy feeling? Hehe.

OR, you might NOT enjoy the things I share with you because:
a) you do not have the same sense of humor as I do;
b) you have seen/heard of better things than what I am/have shared with you or;
c) you are a sad, sad child that thinks there is no meaning in life and that reading my blog is a futile action/change in your fate/destiny, which ever you prefer.

And, if you did NOT get any positive effects for one or more of the reasons stated above, well...TOO BAD. At least I tried.  However, if your reason was c), then I suggest you go find someone to help you (in whatever way that may be) to make you happy (in whatever way you want).

Okay, well, that's all...FOR NOW. There shall be more to come, my friend. For now, though, here is the first Random-Thing-That-I-Randomly-Found-On-The-Internet that I would like to share with you:

I found this on College Humor (www.collegehumor.com), a website which I worship because of its original Original Videos. So I suggest you guys go check their site out because it has some, no, ALOT of awesomeness on it. Anyway, here's the Random-Thing-That-I...yeah, you get my point. Enjoy.
